In addition to our Managed Service agreements TRiNet International offers brake and fix or time and material technical support that is provided hourly. Our support engineers are experienced in diagnosing and resolving almost any issues that can affect a computer, printer or network, from systems infected with spy-ware or mal-ware to routine updates and software maintenance and application support.

Our team is providing technical support for cities, business, and individuals for over 15 years now, and we take pride in offering the highest quality service available. With on-site or remote service options, our engineers can respond quickly and competently to technical issues.

Based out off McAllen, TX with remote support and good internet service we can cover practically the entire globe. For on-site service our coverage area is the Rio Grande Valley/South Texas area Including Rio Grande City, Mission, McAllen, Pharr, Weslaco, Harlingen, Brownsville and South Padre Island and for a small additional travel fee we can expand our service area to cover any area south of Laredo and Corpus Christi.

All of our engineers are fluent in Spanish  enabling us to expand are coverage area to include North East Mexico from Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa, Rio Bravo all the way to Matamoros.

Important Update: Due to the violence and security situation in Mexico we are limiting our service hours from 8:00 am to no later than 3:00 pm CST and our coverage area to maquiladora parks and manufacturing plants that are near the international bridges.
