- Entry Level or Internship Position
- Able to provide Level 1 Tech Support
- Able to resolve general IT support requests from customers and clients
- Answering customer and client questions regarding computer systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues
- Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed
- Update customers on the status of their service requests
- Documenting the service request and updating tickets as needed
- Open to learn and share
- Problem-solving skills
- Good telephone and communication skills.
